Can I take Lab Manager Academy courses at my own convenience?
Absolutely! Lab Manager Academy allows learners to take courses at their own convenience. The courses are self-paced, allowing you to start and stop as you please.
How long does it typically take to complete a course at Lab Manager Academy?
Each course at Lab Manager Academy typically takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. This duration applies to each individual course, ensuring focused and efficient learning experiences.
Do I have to complete a course in one sitting, or can I pause and resume later?
You don’t have to complete a course in one sitting. Lab Manager Academy allows you to pause and resume your progress whenever you need to, ensuring flexibility in your learning experience.
If I purchase individual courses or streams, will I still receive the full certificate (Lab Management Certificate/ Lab Safety Management Certificate) upon completing all of them?
Yes, if you choose to purchase courses or streams individually but intend to complete the full certificate program, please reach out to academy@labmanager.com. We will ensure that you receive an official certificate for your achievement.
Can I get help from the instructor if I have questions or need clarification on the content as I’m working through courses?
Absolutely you can—we’re committed to your success! Once a month, Lab Manager Academy instructor Scott Hanton, will host an open Zoom meeting to answer questions and concerns to make sure you get the most out of your eLearning experience. This is an optional feature for those interested, at no additional cost.
What type of payment do you accept?
The Stripe payment processor accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB payments from customers worldwide, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AliPay, and WeChat Pay.
How long do I have to complete a course?
At this time, our expectation is that users access the system at least every 45 days. We haven’t instituted an expiration on courses yet, but might in the future. Even if we do have courses expire, it would never be less than 45 days and would be longer for courses purchased as part of a stream or the whole program.
